By scattering piano chords and acoustic guitar flourished with the mighty resurrected guitar solo, French-born Antoine Hillaire and Flo Lyonnet, aka JAMAICA, create a sound that is a meeting between an obsessive grunger and a rockers wet dream. Jamaica had to find someone up to the challenge of producing their songs: Peter J. Franco and Xavier de Rosnay (Justice) both agreed to work with the band on one condition: that no synthesizers would be involved. Shortly thereafter, they settled into Motorbass studio in Paris and within a few months they had completed “No Problem”. Jamaica will be on tour in North America in October 2010.
