This week, among other happenings, the Benin’s legends Orchestre Poly-rythmo continue their US tour, as well as Champagne Champagne and the Drive Tour. Afro-rap trio SMOD will start their US tour with two gigs alongside the Orchestre Poly Rythmo, and the Paris-based pop duo The Dø will land in the US on Thursday. If you are a jazz lover near NYC these days, don’t miss Meshell Ndegeocello at Lincoln Center and Jean Michel Pilc at Smalls!
